Fox News has created a logo for the new network, a nod to the Fox brand and a change of tone for the network that has been criticized for its political leanings and heavy use of color.
The new logo, which was unveiled on Monday, features a simple geometric design and a stylized logo, a reference to the network’s conservative leanings.
“Fox News Channel is a place where truth reigns, and the truth is the best news,” the logo reads.
The logo is not the only new branding elements that Fox News is adopting, however.
The network announced Monday that it is launching a new brand identity called the News Network.
The news channel will use the word “News” on its masthead, a departure from the News Channel logo that currently uses a three-pointed star with a circle.
“The News Network will continue to feature a bold, distinctive and unmistakable Fox News logo that will be visible across our digital and print publications, as well as our social media platforms,” the network said in a statement.
